New challenges

In the past couple of months, I’ve had a realtor come to me with new challenges both with homes and creative design. His first request came with painting a porch view. He loved it so much, he asked for another porch view, an interior fireplace painting, and then two creative paintings. The one creative piece was of the Greek goddess Tiche or the Roman goddess Lady Fortuna. He asked for specific elements like her wheel of fortune, for her to be blindfolded and for her cornucopia. I researched her and found some resource images to work off of. It ended up looking fantastic and soon became a favorite of mine. The other creative request this realtor made was to create a vampire lady kissing Shrek with a black cat on her shoulder. I sourced a bunch of images and came up with something that I think just nailed what he was looking for. My client was super happy and called me ‘a wizard’. These creative pieces always make me smile and give me a new challenge to stretch my artistic muscles. Remember, no idea is too silly, so throw it out there, maybe I can deliver on what you’re thinking as well!
